Travel directions

PhoeniX Software is located in the eastern part of the Netherlands, right between the cities of Enschede and Hengelo. It is headquartered in the BTC-Building which is very close to the Campus of the University of Twente.

By train from Schiphol Airport

There is a direct intercity train service from Schiphol Airport to Enschede and Hengelo leaving every 30 min. The journey takes about two hours. From station Enschede or Hengelo take a taxi to the BTC-building.

By train from elsewhere

Enschede and Hengelo have direct intercity services from Amsterdam CS, Rotterdam, the Hague and Utrecht. From Germany, you can reach Hengelo directly from Osnabrück - Hannover - Berlin, and Enschede from Dortmund and Münster. Please click here for train schedules.

By car

Enschede is easily accessible if you follow the A1 highway from Amsterdam to Hannover/Berlin. Enschede is about 160 km east of Amsterdam. Driving eastbound on the A1:

• Take the A35 to Enschede
• Take exit 26 (afrit nr 26) Enschede West-Universiteit
• Follow the signposts "Universiteit"
• The BTC-building is located just across the main entrance of the University Campus. The university is straight ahead while the BTC-building can be found on your left, just before the crossing.

Best Western hotel 'de Broeierd' is at 5 minutes walking distance from PhoeniX Software. To arrive at the hotel, you can either walk from railway station Enschede-Drienerlo (10 min) or take a taxi from station Hengelo or Enschede.
Conferentiehotel 'Drienerburght', is at 10 minutes walking distance from PhoeniX software. To arrive at the hotel you can either walk from railway station Enschede-Drienerlo (15 min) or take a taxi from station Hengelo or Enschede.
