FieldDesigner - TO/EO simulation engine

This module is an extension to the FieldDesigner package. It is able to handle electro-optics and thermo-optics effects into the mode calculation.
Basically electrodes can be defined to have either

• a voltage
• a temperature
• or a heat input

Based on this and the optical structure, the mode pertubation can be calculated. This allows to optimize switching speed, calculate required switching voltages and the like.
